Gift Voucher Terms
Standard gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable. The expiry date is printed on each voucher.
Promotional, seasonal or special-offer vouchers may have a shorter validity period. Where this applies, the expiry or offer period will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If Circumstances Change
We understand that losing a loved one can completely change the best-laid plans, and we are very sorry for your loss. If your voucher has expired because of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we will extend the validity of your gift voucher for one year from the time you contact us and arrange a new photoshoot at a time that is convenient for you.
